Morning Meditation
This morning mindfulness meditation group is for people who have never meditated, people who think they can’t sit still long enough to meditate, and people who think meditation is a shortcut to boredom and frustration. It is also for experienced meditators, who may or may not be familiar with mindfulness meditation, and the different techniques that are available. We will practice walking and other movement meditations, as well as techniques that can help people with ADD deal with traditional sitting meditation, without going bonkers. Morning Meditation will be offered by Katherine Wolfe on Friday , Saturday , and Sunday mornings from 6:00 am – 7:00 am.
Tibetan Bowls
Become balanced with the Tibetan and Crystal Bowls. Join Ira Dressner, Ph.D. Spiritual and ADHD Coach in a dynamic, participatory session showing you how using the Tibetan Bowls aligned with positive intentions, creates a subtle energy field that can calm a person and take away physical pain. If you suffer chronic pain make it your business to
